South Granville has a new medical doctor and she's Mint!

Dr. Andrea Wilson MD MPH is an Integrative General Practitioner.

Wanna know what that is?

A unicorn 🦄

She's what you always hoped family medicine could be and should be.

Integrative GPs are the medical doctors you know well as your traditional GP, but with a twist. In addition to the care you are already familiar with there is a greater emphasis on you as an individual, not just the disease. There is emphasis on prevention as well as treatment. There is a special focus on spending time with you to thoroughly understand who you are as a person in order to thoughtfully develop a treatment plan.

It's important to know Dr. Wilson's visits are 60 minutes and 30 minutes and are private pay. You can check out our website for all of her information. Like when seeing a traditional GP, lab tests and imaging studies are MSP covered.

🍃

Mint is always looking for ways to break the mold, to be exemplary in the effort for better healthcare.

To our existing patients, this is another way to enhance your healthcare team. We always have things to say to your doctor, now they are just down the hall from us. Makes for easy good medicine.

We are so honoured to welcome Dr. Andrea Wilson MD to Mint and we encourage you to book in with her to experience an exceptional version of medicine.

The idea of CAMPFIRE, and the friendly, warm, sharing and collaborative connotation of a campfire, comes from our first year in Naturopathic medical school together - And the first days that we ever met each other over 15 years ago during Unity Summit at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, ON. We spent a week at camp together sharing ideas, our backgrounds and our goals, bonding and coming together not just as a class, but as a family.

We want to extend that feeling of family to our entire profession. Join us around the CAMPFIRE!

All too often, women carry 100% of the burden when it comes to infertility. We know s***m counts are falling dramatically in western countries. One could assume that the quality of s***m is also being affected. So why aren't we interested in getting male partners more healthy? Why are we always talking about egg quality and not s***m?
