It’s that time of the year when many will think about setting new goals, like losing weight, getting fit and upgrading their mind-body game. Our lives have suddenly become sedentary again with the new Covid-19 restrictions. Studies show that gym closures and other restrictions during Covid-19 pandemic may increase the long-term risk of physcal and mental wellbeing.
