If you’ve tried everything to reduce bloating and support digestion, but nothing has worked, colon hydrotherapy could be the missing piece in your health puzzle.

It’s actually quite simple. Over time, old buildup from years of constipation and sluggish digestion can contribute to bloating and digestive discomfort. Just like any other part of the body, the colon needs regular care to function effectively - and sometimes that means a deep, gentle clean-out.

During colon hydrotherapy, we focus on two key things:
• Gently cleansing the colon of accumulated waste and toxins
• Stimulating peristalsis, helping to retrain and strengthen the colon’s natural muscular movement

Think of it as taking your colon to the gym - supporting better function, improved elimination, and overall digestive balance.

Did you know? At Inner Garden Health, we offer optional coffee additives administered as an e***a at the end of a session ☕️🌿

Coffee e***as, commonly used in Gerson-style protocols, are traditionally used to support the liver’s natural detox pathways. The intention is to stimulate bile flow and circulation, helping the body process metabolic waste and reduce overall toxic load.
This add-on is chosen by some clients as part of a broader digestive and liver-support wellness routine.

We see this often.

When everything else hasn’t helped, gently cleansing the colon can support detoxification and help restore normal function.

For many clients like this example - with IBS-type symptoms, regular colonics have been a game-changer.
