Sue Wilde, owner and founder of Inner Garden Health, is certified with the National Board of Colon Hydrotherapy (NBCHT), Certified instructor of colon hydrotherapy with the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT), a Certified Yoga Instructor, and holds a diploma in Health and Nutrition from the Alive Academy in BC. Sue has extensive knowledge of, and over 20 years of personal experience with, various fasting methods, cleanses and detoxification programs including Living Foods from Optimum Health in San Diego. Sue is passionate about sharing the knowledge she has gained and experienced over 30+ years in order to help clients enjoy abundant health. A lot of people feel nervous before their first colonic - and that’s completely normal. We truly understand, because even as therapists, we’ve been in that exact position ourselves.

When you’re trying something new, especially something personal like colon hydrotherapy, it’s natural to have questions or feel a little unsure about what to expect. Many clients tell us they were anxious before their first session, but once they arrived, learned how the process works, and experienced how gentle and professional the treatment is, those nerves quickly disappeared.

Our goal is always to create a calm, respectful, and comfortable environment where you feel supported from the moment you walk in. We take the time to explain everything, answer your questions, and make sure you feel at ease throughout the entire session.
