Hey lovelies! After a little hiatus, I am back and celebrating a milestone birthday with my closest and most cherished friends.

I love a theme party and I chose the met gala theme of being your most outrageous and authentic self.

Growing up in a conservative Indian community in South Africa meant that I was always told that I don’t fit into societies norms and while it was mildly annoying to be told that, I never allowed myself not to always by authentically and unapologetically myself.

So I encourage all of you out there to reach for the stars and dream a little bigger. You are so worth it and you and never too much. You are perfect just the way you are - with or without the Botox 💕💕💕

Trigger point injections :

A method to relief the tension points in your muscles by inserting a needle into the knotted muscle. Similar to IMS but physicians are able to inject medications into throws points as well. Dr D uses lidocaine or Botox and has found the results last 4-6 weeks.
