Not every plant that looks “natural” is safe for your stomach or your blood.

There are many types of Jatropha in Africa but some are poisonous, inedible, and can damage the liver, intestines, and blood cells if taken internally.

People mistake them for herbal medicine because they look similar…
but the toxic species contain strong compounds that can:
• cause severe vomiting
• cause abdominal pain
• irritate the stomach lining

• Cucumber slices

How to prepare:
Boil a handful of moringa leaves in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes.
