11:00 am – 12:30 pm Explore how your hips really move. Learn imagery‑based techniques to improve mobility, stability, and the relationship between the femur, hip, and SI joints.

🌿 Release Your Neck & Shoulders
1:00 pm – 2:30 pm Experience imagery, touch, and movement practices that help lengthen and balance the muscles of the neck and shoulders. Discover how the shoulder girdle naturally suspends from the rib cage to reduce strain and create ease.

Join our Reformer Level 1 & 2 training starting May 9th. The course covers the extensive Pilates Process Reformer Level 1 & 2 exercise repertoire along with modifications. Students will gain a deep understanding of how to create a supported and individualized program for clients both in private and group settings.
