Controlling diet for symptoms can be super nevesssry if things are really flared, but hopefully it’s just for a s**t time while we make other improvements and get things under control.
Then, as Sam said, there can be more balance to support your bladder but also just love your life.
And for those of you who cutting the morning coffee is a no go however bad your bladder gets? All good! We can work around it and just dial up everything else.
We see clients with irritable, painful, and ‘small’ bladders. People with chronic UTI symptoms, bladder urgency and associated leaking.
While diet isn’t our area, we can point you in the right direction because it can make such a difference. But there are lots of tools in our physio toolbox that help too.
