These mountains that you are carrying, you were only supposed to climb – Najwa Zebian

This month has been challenging to remember what I went through last year. I left a toxic relationship that I still carry pain and trauma from. Some days are better than others. As hard as it is to see the light in the dark times in my life I know that it doesn’t define who I am. It’s part of my journey and has made me stronger in more ways than I could imagine. I choose to focus on my health and goals that hasn’t been easy but I try everyday. Remember that you are the only one in control of everything you do, you define your success and happiness in life.

Sending so much love and gratitude to my family and friends for all the support you have given me though the year of healing and growth 🙏🏽❤️

I really needed to get outside for a challenging hike with a good friend after the week I’ve had for my mental health. It’s really important acknowledge what you need to support your health and wellness when life is challenging and stressful. This was taken before I tweaked my MCL on my left knee going down the mountain which isn’t going to stop me from hiking this again on a clearer day to catch the epic view!

GARDENING 👩🏽‍🌾💕

A lot of solo pickaxing, digging, sweat, and research went into this garden plot. I strive to grow my own food when possible because the nutrient profile is so much higher than anything you will buy in the grocery store. Hard work pays off you just have to have the mindset and a plan to achieve any of your goals!

I fell in love with this movement 13 years ago. My practice has evolved so much over the years making me stronger mentally and physically. It’s transformed me into the person I am today which I am forever grateful for.



Also a couple days ago marks my 5 years of teaching yoga! Thank you to everyone that has taken my classes over the years it’s been an amazing journey!
