RECEPTION:
You’re greeted by our signature scent-a grounding blend inspired by ZENDEN 1.0, where palo santo and sage became part of our ritual. The intention is instant: clear the energy, calm the nervous system, and bring you fully into the present moment. Healing frequency music flows with you through the space - gently grounding you in the present moment.
THE LOUNGE + CACAO BAR:
In the lounge, you’ll find something truly unique:

Cacao is offered daily before our evening Soundbath’s and all day on weekends. We chose cacao intentionally - it gently opens the heart, enhances presence, and deepens emotional and energetic awareness, making it a powerful companion before sound and meditation journeys.
THE STUDY:
Another space you’ll notice - and something that isn’t offered anywhere else - is our quiet study & integration area. This is a concept we intentionally created because real transformation doesn’t end when class does. We’ve designed a dedicated table and journaling space for processing, reflection, and integration. If you’ve experienced ZENDEN 1.0, you know that a lot can come up during our sessions. This space exists so you can sit with it - before heading into your next class or back out into the world.
THE MAT STUDIOS:
Our two studios were designed with intention:
• The Dark Studio - infrared heated, immersive, and inward-focused. A place to drop deep, sweat, release, and recalibrate.
• The Light Studio - non-heated, open, and community-driven. Designed for connection, shared energy, and red light mat experiences.

SOCIAL EVENTS:
On weekends, the space transforms.
ZENDEN becomes Vancouver’s first soft wellness social club - an alcohol-free alternative to nightlife that still feels vibrant and social. A place to gather, move, and celebrate without the crash.
