🌿 Some entertaining inspo for American Thanksgiving or Christmas/holiday season. I would never have entertained the idea to try making lumpia as I don't do deep frying. But now that we're getting an air fryer tray with our new oven, I want to give it a try. You can also bake them. Lumpia are like spring rolls but they are smaller and feel more densely packed.

Whenever we’re invited for Thanksgiving and I am assigned the appetizers - this is what I always bring - Filipino Lumpiang Shanghai! I make a big batch and always come home empty handed! So crispy-licious! Don’t be intimidated because this can made and rolled a day ahead then simply fried before serving! Absolutely worth it!!! You’ll be the star in your Thanksgiving celebrations!!! ⭐️
