Teen Yoga is a blend of dynamic movements with traditional yoga postures, meditation, breath awareness and relaxation. Lovingly accompanied with today's top beats. Develop flexibility, clarity, strength, motivation and balance in a nonjudgmental, feel good environment. You will learn invaluable techniques that you can take with you and utilize in your daily life. Join Nikki for a lighthearted, teen oriented practice. Feel restored and refocused after each class and throughout the rest of the week.
