I’m passionate about educating, consulting, and empowering others with simple solutions for everyday life. With years of experience wearing compression garments, I understand the importance of a proper fit. My mission is to offer the best compression solutions, especially in communities with limited resources, guiding you to better health and comfort every step of the way.

FREE ORTHOTICS, BRACES & COMPRESSION GEAR AT ANBT 2026

StepUp Compression will be at the Vendor Tables in Prince Rupert all week. If you have a Status Card and a prescription, everything is FREE. Ages 16+.

OPEN TO EVERYONE—players, families, spectators, and community members.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:
Custom orthotics
Knee, ankle, back, elbow, and wrist braces
Compression socks and forearm sleeves

WHAT YOU NEED:
Status Card
Valid prescription from an authorized healthcare professional

HOW IT WORKS:
Come to our table. We scan your feet, size you for compression gear, and fit you for braces. Simple as that.

All FNHA prescription forms are attached to this post. Each form shows who can sign for approval. Download the form you need and send it to your healthcare provider before the event, or get fitted now and send us your prescription later by text or email.

Excited to be offering an on-site compression sock fitting clinic in the cafeteria at Mount St Joseph Hospital in Vancouver on December 8 from 1–3 pm. Employees are invited to drop in for professional fittings and access compression socks eligible for coverage under their extended health benefits plan!

Delta Hospital

We’re now here and available for compression sock fitting sessions, message to set up a time that works for your UNIT

Coverage:
All our products are 80% or 100% reimbursed through Pacific Blue Cross, similar to massage or physio benefits.

Payment:
Payment is made at the time of ordering.
We can help with claim submissions, either on paper or through the PBC app (staff must be logged in).
Reimbursements typically take 7–9 business days.

Compression Socks:
No prescription required
Coverage allows for 2 pairs per year
Styles: calf sleeves, knee high, thigh high, pantyhose (20–30mmHg and 30–40mmHg)
Price: $150/pair
If we have your size in stock, you can take the socks home the same day; if not, turnaround is typically 3–4 weeks (with shipping included for two pairs or more).
