 conscious - ascension

Being aware of one's current natural evolution of human consciousness leaving behind an old cycle of learning and stepping forward into a new cycle of learning

Ascension is the process of human evolution from lower minded consciousness to higher minded consciousness

Conscious refers to being consciously aware of ones thoughts during this process of evolution (personal growth) and making conscious life choices and decisions each day towards the betterment of a better life

Some say spirituality is a part of life while others say life is spiritual entirely, in totality

Spiritual Awakening is moving from living unconsciously in ones day-to-day life doing everything on autopilot and into having total awareness of one's choices throughout the day, moment to moment taking the steps to make new choices for new outcomes

A spiritual awakening includes questioning the narrative of life asking:

✅ is this all there is?
✅ what else is possible?
✅ why am I here on the planet?
✅ what is my purpose for being here?
✅ how did I get here?
✅ where am I going?
✅ what happens next?

This mental questioning  is usually the first step of expanding one's consciousness to look for the answers of the purpose of life and ones role in it

This is a levelling up, taking a step up and expanding one's consciousness to see  what else is possible seeking the understanding that there is more because knowing comes online within oneself that a person that then KNOWS there is more to the life they were living......

All sorts of other things start to happen like

✅ the food you eat changes
✅ the people you hang out with shifts
✅ the places you go to are of no interest
✅ habits begin to shift
✅  the idea of partying and drinking alcohol shifts or ends completely
✅  wanting to be quiet or be alone to retreat seeps into a person's knowing
✅  there is no longer job satisfaction
✅ there is a sense of loss in life loss of self
✅ there is a deep desire to be in nature
✅  the feeling of suppressed emotions emerge, such as anger, frustration, sadness, grief....
✅  there is a desire to acquire joy in all life areas
✅  there is a deep desire to be free from it all

And now the person begins to shift their mindset because it's already auto shifting...... sometimes at a rapid rate

When a person has this realization they will tap into information and synchronicity will be letting them know that the world is also consciously ascending


 the process of awakening is indeed a process and thankfully there are enough people on the planet who are currently awakened who have already gone through this process and who have made the shifts and continue to make mindset chefs allowing for more opportunities new synchronicity and the chance for a better life as we enter into the new learning cycle known as the golden age of light

Feeling Stressed?

Candle gazing is a fast and powerful way to release anxiety mental agitation and emotional distress - stare at the flame for 10 minutes and work your way up to 60 minutes without getting lost in the flame. When the mind darts around bring the ice back to the flame.

The best time to do this is just before bed to help relax before sleep or anytime one feels stressed.
 Staring at the flame will synchronize the left brain and right brain hemispheres shut down the chatty conscious mind and connect the subconscious mind with the higher mind,  sending a signal to your body that it's safe to relax and the nervous system will begin to relax and you will begin to feel peaceful calm sensation in your body.

the illusion is that change takes time
the truth is change happens the moment you decide

you dont need more time
you need a shift in being............

there are infinite versions of you
each living a life shaped by a different choice
question is which one will you tune into

one decision
one gentle pivot
and the entire path unfolds differently

dont underestimate how powerful one moment of clarity can be
the universe responds the second you align
if you're wondering what to do

just listen

the version of you who already chose......is calling you home

each human on earth has a path they came to explore - the path of the soul, for the growth and expansion of the soul. We connect with our soul by connecting to our heart 💜what is calling our heart is our calling from our soul - nature strongly calls us and feeds our soul virtues such as peace, joy and harmony. nature calms our mind and body and communicates with us energetically ⭐️
