Feeling Stressed?
Candle gazing is a fast and powerful way to release anxiety mental agitation and emotional distress - stare at the flame for 10 minutes and work your way up to 60 minutes without getting lost in the flame. When the mind darts around bring the ice back to the flame.
The best time to do this is just before bed to help relax before sleep or anytime one feels stressed.
 Staring at the flame will synchronize the left brain and right brain hemispheres shut down the chatty conscious mind and connect the subconscious mind with the higher mind,  sending a signal to your body that it's safe to relax and the nervous system will begin to relax and you will begin to feel peaceful calm sensation in your body.
