If the time change messes with you, try these tips:
- Up your adrenal support - this can help rebalance your circadian rhythm. If you’re not yet a patient and don’t know about adrenal support, book a Discovery Call with one of NDs and find out!
- Try some magnesium before bed to help relax you body and mind so sleep is more restorative. Note: not all magnesiums do the same thing - some affect the gut more than others, while some are more relaxing for the mind and muscles. A bisglycinate or balanced magnesium might serve you best for the time change.
- Book an IV! If the time change drags your energy down and it’s not rebounding as well as you need
- Get a Hot Stone Massage - super awesome for relaxing body and mind and promoting a more restorative sleep!
- Book a Counselling session - sometimes simple and seemingly innocuous changes can cause upheaval in our mood. If this is happening this week and not recalibrating, book in with Maïté for some support - maybe there’s more going on than just the time change.
