Hiring Bodyworkers / Reflexologists / Thai Massage Pratitioners
About the spa:
At Barefoot Oasis spa we provide an elegant, high-end massage experience for our customers at inexpensive rates. We're looking for motivated, vibrant, talented individuals who want to work in a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
We are looking for either full time or part time. Please mention your availability in your cover letter. Applicants who have open availability on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) would be considered an asset.
Benefits:
Highly competitive pay. Full time employees can expect to earn between $3600 to $5000 per month.
We pay vacation pay and our generous vacation policy gives 4 weeks of vacation and adds 1 extra week each year.
We always pay commission based on the original price of the massage, not the discounted price.
We offer hourly guaranteed wage.

You keep 100% of your tips.
What we're looking for:
You must know deep tissue massage and Swedish/relaxation massage.
Candidates will need to know foot reflexology or be trained in it before they start. We don't offer training to candidates looking for part time work.
We prefer candidates who know Thai massage and other massage modalities.
Full time work applicants are preferred because it's difficult to build a client base working part time.
Candidates with massage certificates are preferred.
Please note that there will be a practical skills exam as part of the interview.
