MYOV's Anniversary Weekend celebrations continue! We're so excited about our 1st birthday that we're offering ANOTHER special class for our amazing community.

As we wrap up 2025, our hearts are so full. Thank you to this incredible community for an unforgettable first year. We're celebrating BIG from January 9-11 and you're invited!

Help us spread the Modo Yoga spirit to patients and their families staying at BC Children's Hospital this season. We focus on the teen mental health ward as they aren't often the first kids people think of at the hospital, but they deserve all the love we can give them.

Help us spread the love by:

💫 Choose a gift tag at the studio and go shopping!
🎁 Bring your new and unwrapped gift to the studio by no later than December 12
💜 If you don't have time to shop you can donate to our Karma fund at the front desk and our team will do the shopping for you.
