Nadja has 15 years' experience in Personal Counselling, conducting assessments, and supporting individuals with Workplace Dynamics.

Nadja worked for Vancouver Coastal Health for over 10 years in both Child/Youth and Adult Mental Health. She supported clients re-entering the workforce and provided counselling for a wide range of mental health issues. In 2016, Nadja co-founded the ADHD Centre for Treatment Services - ACTS and established her private practice focused on , , and . She then furthered her training in psychometric testing and research.
