Main Street Medicinal Society is a medical marijuana dispensary located in the trendy Main St district of Vancouver B.C. Established in 2013, we’re committed to providing high quality cannabis, and cannabis products, to qualified patients in a professional and comfortable environment. We believe cannabis should be socially accepted, supported, and that patients should have the right to obtain medicinal cannabis in a legal, safe, and regulated manner. Our goal is to make sure patients receive the safest medicine, in the safest way possible. We believe patients should be educated and informed to make the best possible decision on what strains work for their specific needs. Our experienced staff will be happy to answer any of your questions or concerns regarding medical cannabis.
