✨Event Alert ✨ Welcome to Laughter Lab -a monthly variety show featuring improvised theatre with some of the best improvisors in town. We’re kicking things off May 12 at 9pm! For tickets go to .
Join us for a night of comic relief, good fun, and bringing our community together. Our show features the immense talent of our improvisors + a tear-inducing night of spontaneously-good entertainment.
This month features "Director’s Cut"; five improvisers turned into movie directors for the evening. Before the show, each “director” chooses a film genre (Sci-Fi, Horror, Teen Romance, etc.), and later casts and directs their fellow improvisers to win your votes for the oscar.

On March 26 Healing Vancouver presents a healing ceremony led by Faith, a trauma informed facilitator with years of experience in sound healing, plant medicine alchemy and as a multi-modality therapist.
Join the 4 hour sound ceremony, a journey into true healing and introspection as Faith shares insights and natural healing modalities that bridge the physical with the metaphysical.
The heart opening plant medicine of Cacao will be served upon arrival. This blend includes cacao, vanilla, blue lotus and rose. It is alchemized to open your heart and allow the vibrational sound healing to settle more deeply within and to help heal the nervous system.
The sounds delivered to you will come from Crystal bowls, voice, drum, guitar and a variety of other instruments. The sounds and vibrations will carry you and be the vessel for healing, introspection and inner guidance.
Faith will work alongside Kaila Lawton as well as other sound facilitators and therapeutic touch professionals during this ceremony. Songs will be sung in 10 different languages.
Therapeutic touch and hands on energy healing will be available from a cranial sacral therapist and reiki master (if requested). For tickets go to
