And with that, we say goodbye to August (maybe it’s because I haven’t been on IG but I swear no one has made use of this song like in years past??)

🏖️many beach days with the kids. The big one has gotten SO much more confident swimming around in his life jacket.
🌮 lots of simple meals. With my husband either at work or trying to get our AC installed, there was a lot of solo parenting and zero time to plan/prep. Glad I have the foundations to put together simple & nutrition meals on the fly!
🍑 so much amazing fruit! So easily accessible - some even in our own front yard 🍇 if there’s ever a time of year that’s easy to get your fruit & veg in, it’s now!
🏕️ first camping weekend as a family of four! Last summer was spent selling our place in the lower mainland and moving to the Okanagan. There was NO way I was letting another summer slip by without a weekend away.
🏃🏼‍♀️first group fitness class since like the first week I was pregnant with the wee one (so like May 2023?). Got to experience my first - boy did it deliver! Especially at 5:15am 😴 promise I looked way more energized after (last photo)
