Who should attend:

• Anyone navigating the journey of grief & looking for support, community & simple, easy-to-use tools.
• Anyone feeling alone or isolated due to grief.
• Those looking to create a strong mind-body connection with themselves.
• Those interested in mindful, body-focused approaches to grief work.
• Those grieving any type of loss (a death, divorce/breakup, loss of job, miscarriage, loss of quality of life, chronic illness, death of a pet, anticipatory loss due to Dementia, stroke, Alzheimer’s, or any other possible reasons).
• Those experiencing a recent loss or from something that happened years or decades ago.

There are no rules for grief, everyone is welcome.

3/8 spots left for the Grief Recovery: 4-Part Holistic Workshop series starting this Sunday from 3-5pm🤍 Join me (in-person in Vancouver upstairs at ) for this 4 week journey through mindfulness🌙

For the 2nd workshop, we’ll have offering a deep breathwork session followed by reiki & sound healing 🌙

For the 3rd workshop, we’ll have naturopathic doctor coming in to speak about the importance of nutrition, gut health & hormones 🙏

PS- All situations & types of grief are welcome. Your grief is valid whether or not it stems from a recent death. Loss in all forms (miscarriage, breakup/divorce, world/societal hopelessness, chronic health issues, loss of job/home, change in quality of life, loss of pet, anticipatory (anticipating losing someone or something), etc.
