The online harp music sessions are perfect for anyone looking for extra comfort and support during a difficult time. Whether you're staying in a hospital, hospice care, senior home, or at home, the therapeutic harp music can help ease your pain and distress and promote overall wellness. Harp music is also available for funeral services, corporate receptions, and business meetings. Live harp music will bring a peaceful ambiance to your family or business events. The organizational mindfulness training workshops, private mindfulness training sessions, and reunion practice groups are designed to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and find resources to cope with challenges in life. You can choose among a variety of mindfulness training programs developed by the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation to cater to the needs of your group. Audio and reading materials will be provided for home practice to guide the participants' journey toward inner peace, providing them with practical tools and techniques that they can use in their everyday lives. Deeply honored to have been invited to provide therapeutic harp music for Crossroads Hospice Society during their annual memorial event. There's something profoundly moving about witnessing how music can offer comfort during our most vulnerable moments - seeing tears flow as melodies carry love, memories, and healing.

The gentle strings of the harp seem to speak a universal language of compassion, creating sacred space where grief can be honored and hearts can find moments of peace. It's a privilege to support families and caregivers through music during these meaningful gatherings.

My heart also goes out to everyone affected by the tragic fire in Hong Kong. To those who are navigating tragic grief and unimaginable loss - please know that your pain is seen, your loved ones are remembered, and you are not alone in this journey.

Music reminds us that even in our darkest hours, we can find threads of connection and hope. Sending love and strength to all who are healing. 🕯️💜

Mindfulness for Life 每月共修小組放暑假之際,難得國際靜觀會議(亞太區)2025於香港舉行,我便趁機回港一趟,跟本書作者,牛津大學精神科學系Willem Kuyken教授分享我們在溫哥華舉行的社區小組活動,他深感興趣想知道大家的經驗。

會議中Prof. Willem Kuyken 作為開幕主講嘉賓,除了介紹他過去一直在精神健康方面的研究,更帶出了他對未來50年的願景。就如50年前心臟病是非常普遍的公共衛生難題,經過多年的科研與公眾教育,情況已能大幅控制。而當前全球面對的精神健康危機,他也希望透過科研及公眾教育,尤其是對靜觀練習有系統地作出以實證研究為本的導師培訓和公眾推廣,希望當下的危機也能找到出口,讓靜觀不再局限於用作治療,而是持續支持學習者活出心盛”flourishing”。
