Welcome Nilou to the Infinity Medical Family!

Niloufar (Nilou) Deilami is a Registered Dietitian. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto (BSc Nutritional Sciences and Psychology) and Ryerson University (BASc Food and Nutrition). Niloufar also holds a Masters of Public Health in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Toronto.

Niloufar has worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the Outpatient Dietitian Clinic and the Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation Program at the University Health Network in Toronto. She has experience in the nutritional management of the following conditions: diabetes, prediabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, heart failure, obesity, COPD, PCOS and IBS. She also supports clients with general healthy eating for disease prevention.

Niloufar works with patients and families in both one on one and group settings. She has training in plain language communication and is committed to providing evidence-based, client-centered, and culturally appropriate nutrition care.
