My 96-year-old grandpa is still thriving every single day — no meds, no restrictions, just pure vitality. ❤️

Day 1 of my 5-Day Fasting + 5-Day Workout Challenge 💪🔥

3 years on the Carnivore Diet and still getting stronger every day!
Started at 6 AM, had mineral water + lemon, and took 10,000 IU Vitamin D3 + K2 ☀️
Ran 2–3 km, crushed Chest Day, and stayed sharp all day with salt + water (3–4 L) 💧🧂
Finished work at 6–7 PM, insulin low, took 200 mg magnesium glycinate before bed 😴
Hunger Level: 6/10
Day 2 loading… 🚀
