There are many things we are currently being propelled to let go of including friends, partners, loved ones, old concepts, ways of living and outdated beliefs.

There is a deep clean-up happening amidst the chaos on all levels, and it can feel incredibly, devastatingly, painful.

Beyond the pain lies unconditional love, and this sits beyond the mind, beyond the inner child wounds, beyond the ego, even beyond the need to belong.

Open up to this natural stream of consciousness with intention, where this unconditional love resides in plenty. Where the 'I am' is small in comparison to the connection to the source.

Let the thoughts of desire, loss, and longing move through and breathe unconditional love into them. If you find it hard to see or feel unconditional love right now. Imagine something like a group of animals you love, a beautiful sunset or a mountain range. And allow that to fill you. Merge with it.

We are not our thoughts. We are not our grief, our depression, our self-judgments, anxieties, our conditions, our labels

We are beings of growing consciousness walking the path to embodied unconditional connection with the source

We are being pushed by the collective Wetiko to 'disconnect' from love, stoke rage, feed hate and fear and to jump on the bandwagon and create discord and division.

All this is is a lesson for us to dig deeper than ever before and find 'connection' beyond all the shadows arising to be cleared.

Connection isn't complicated. It's actually quite simple when we chose to focus on it rather than the discord energy.

You can intentionally call yourself back from all the noise with breath and intention.

You can clean the debris of what you have picked up via your breath, sage, sound or a salt scrub.

You can spend time with your inner child energies and animals within your sanctuary.

You can spend quiet time in nature, just by being a present observer of its wonders.

You can practice the meditation of Metta and or Tonglen. Firstly towards oneself and then for others who are suffering.

You can find your way to regularly connecting with your soul's signature by putting your flat hand over your upper heart and simply feel into what brings your unique soul spiritual nourishment beyond your earthly form.

In the most difficult of times, we can still be in connection.

If we do not create a safe sanctuary within us we have no core place within to build from, nor do we have a safe place to bring things back in order to cleanse, heal and integrate.

This is especially important for those that have been wounded emotionally as children.

Never underestimate the benefits of the sacred sanctuary within.

When we return to the womb of mother Gaia we are able to see things from a wider and deeper connected space as well as shed that which no longer serves.

You are a living, breathing natural portal, a connection point where all elements meet.

Reflect on what you invite to pass through you and what you would like to release so that your portal self stays neutral and receptive to all that nourishes and connects within you.

A quality of mature spirituality is self-acceptance, rather than guilt, blame, or shame for the ignorant acts we've committed or the fears that still remain within us. It understands that inner opening requires the warm sun of loving-kindness. In deep self-acceptance grows a compassionate understanding. We are asked to touch with mercy the parts of ourself that we have denied, cut off, or isolated. Mature spirituality is a reflection of our deep gratitude and capacity for forgiveness.

leave the seeds and berries for the birds and twigs and leaves for other creatures to use throughout the winter. for instance, birds like to use this as nesting material.

Millions of pounds of birdseed are sold every year. The seeds are grown as most other crops; using valuable habitat. To protect the seeds from pests and rot they are sprayed with pesticides and fungicides (ever noticed the 'wash you hands after handling' on the bag?) The seeds are also packed in plastic and transported over long distances in trucks. Bird feeders are a wonderful way to observe birds and offer them some extra energy in the coldest days, but if you really want to help the birds, make sure your yard has a diversity of natural food sources: Shrubs with berries, seed heads like coneflowers and thistles, and leave the leaves. www.healthyyards.org

call in help, guidance, forgiveness, love, understanding, healing, pleasure, joy, and the mysteries

Some think that they don't have enough courage to face their fears and meet their inner shadows

What they don't realise is the person who is prepared to face their fears and shadows experiences this same fear too.

The difference is the latter trusts that courage will turn up when called in a form that feels supportive to them... and more times than I can count, it arrives.

If you don't feel courageous, call it in.

Blessings ❤️🐾
