We were delighted to host an ensemble of students from UBC School of Music last Friday. The talented musicians performed a program of string quartets by Beethoven and Haydn for our residents, who very much enjoyed it. An afternoon well spent! 🎵

Looking for interesting things to do around town this weekend? The event we're sponsoring this year at Chutzpah! Festival & The Norman Rothstein Theatre will certainly fit the bill!

Join us this Sunday, November 23 at 7:30pm for "Yiddish Songs of Social Change", an evening with The Golden Thread Septet as they take us through the compelling role of music in the struggle for justice and equality. The musicians are also leading a Yiddish song & dance workshop earlier in the afternoon, so be sure to check that out as well.
