🌸LASERLYSETS MAGI🌸

DETTE INNLEGGET ER EN OPPSUMMERING AV MIN REKONVALESENS ETTER Å HA FÅTT PÅVIST BORRELIOSE😍

Det er snart gått 2 uker siden jeg ble diagnostisert med borreliose etter å ha blitt infisert av et flåttbitt + kleggstikk direkte i nervebanen i nakken med spredning til hodet.

Dette var en tildels alvorlig diagnose som ga meg høy feber og CRP, en betent rødsprengt og hoven nakke, hodepine, tåkesyn, muskelsmerter og utmattelsessyndrom.

Det ble utskrevet en heftig 17 dagers antibiotika/penicillinkur som må sies virket veldig raskt på almenntilstanden (har enda 5 dager igjen)selv om rødheten bak i nakken tiltok noe som gjorde legene engstlige med tanke for den videre utviklingen.

Ferieaktiviteter måtte avbrytes omgående og jeg fikk streng beskjed om å holde meg i ro inntil antibiotikakuren var fullendt.

Tross legenes anbefalinger om å holde meg helt i ro, bestemte jeg meg raskt for å gå i gang med mitt eget lille tilhelings prosjekt😉

Etter en samtale med den kyndige og positive Drude v/Drammen Laserklinikk bestemte vi oss raskt for gå i gang med prosjekt BORRIOLOSE.

Som jeg har skrevet tidligere har jeg selv tilegnet meg kompetanse i laserterapi og med Drude i ryggen som min profesjonelle mentor og veileder var jeg aldri i tvil om hva jeg ønsket. Jeg startet opp med å behandle meg selv i de 4 påfølgende dagene.

Deretter bestemte vi 5 dager opphold slik at immunforsvaret skulle få jobbe optimalt.

I oppholdsperioden startet jeg smått med rolig opptrapping av fysisk aktivitet i form av rask gange, lett jogging og sirkeltrening med lette vekter i kombinasjon med god hvile etter øktene.

I dag gikk turen til Drammen Laserklinikk for en siste evaluering. Drude foreslo å gi kroppen en siste Boost for å forebygge og hindre tilbakefall noe som føltes som rene luksusen👍🏻

I løpet av disse 9 dagene som nå har gått, er betennelsen forduftet og formkurven har steget rett til værs og jeg føler meg frisk som en fisk igjen🥳

Tross i uhellet har dette vært en positiv læringsprosess og vi har nok en gang erfart at Laserlyset er et fantastisk verktøy som burde vært lett tilgjengelig og ikke minst et gratis helsetilbud til de som selv ønsker og vil raskest mulig på bena igjen❤️
