Shipping has been one of the biggest challenges for us as a new business especially with bulkier items.

While we work hard to keep costs as fair as possible we simply can’t fully absorb shipping at the moment.

Now that we’re fully set up in our new Richmond warehouse we’re happy to offer a solution for our Greater Vancouver community.

We’re now offering scheduled weekend pickup.

Saturdays and Sundays
12:00 to 3:00 PM - By appointment only.

This option is for order pickup only and is intended to help reduce shipping costs and offer a bit more flexibility for those nearby.

Please note as we operate in a manufacturing zoned space pickup follows city guidelines.

•Appointment only access

•Orders must be placed and paid for online in advance

•No browsing or on site shopping

•No point of sale experience on site

We didn’t start a business just to chase the algorithm or crank out content for views.
These longer videos is our way of building trust, sharing context, and letting you actually get to know who we are and where Thrive & Align comes from.

We were never marketers. Never business people. Just regular artisans who wanted control over how things are made, thoughtfully, honestly, and in a way we’d be proud to use ourselves.

Our passion to share the work we’ve been doing for many years helped us learn, grow, and take one step at a time to bring Thrive & Align to life.

Sharing our process, our mistakes, and our growth is part of that. And in turn, we hope it inspires others who are thinking about taking a big risk to trust their craft and pursue their passion, just like we did.

This hasn’t been easy. There have been challenges from the start. But the people around us, the ones who trust us, support us, and believe in the work, are what keep us moving forward with a no problems, only solutions mindset.
