The results indicated good agreement between VQm®'s near real-time measurement of Functional Residual Capacity (FRC) and Physiological Dead space (VD) against the clinical gold standards.

We are excited to announce Health Canada approval for our VQm Pulmonary Health Monitor™. As it has been highlighted throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, mechcanically ventilated patients in the ICU can present with complex lung mechanics and there remains a need to support clinicians in their mechanical ventilator management. With this approval, Rostrum is excited to expand its support to clinicians across Canada as the first step of commercialization before going global.
