We’ve accepted not feeling good as our baseline

Because we’re told it’s normal when you have your period, or in your luteal phase. Normal as you get older. Normal as you have children. Normal as you enter menopause.

But the truth is, it’s not normal… to not feel normal.

None of those things mean you have to accept not feeling like yourself. The other side of this is that you do have to put in effort to figure out why you feel this way and into habits and lifestyle changes to feel better

Whether it’s: low energy, painful periods, poor digestion, bloating, chronic inflammation, acne or other skin issues

They all are not things that you need to “push through” or normalize
