As always, please call to reschedule if you or anyone in the house has vomiting in the past 24 hrs or is otherwise sick. I hear this is supposed to be a nasty flu season.

And once again, I am sorry, but I am not taking new patients at this time. Anyone currently holding a gift certificate is obviously exempt from this.

I never thought of using stairs for the piriformis stretch, usually I suggest a chair, but I like the look of these stretches.
