For much of my teen and young adult life, I was concerned about gaining weight.
I grew up watching my mother cycle through liquid diets, Atkins, Weight Watchers…
A wardrobe full of clothes she hoped to fit back into. Even brand new pieces bought as “motivation.” Without realizing it, that thinking got wired into me.
Then menopause hit and the weight settled in.
And yes… I went looking for skinny again.
But this time, something shifted.
I learned how powerful my body actually is.
How quickly it can rebuild, respond, rise… when you give it what it truly needs.
And I saw clearly….
Skinny would only slow me down.
❌Less strength.
❌Less energy.
❌More fragility.
❌An open door for everything I don’t want in this next chapter.
So I chose differently.
✨Strong.
✨Toned.
✨Energized.
✨Clear mind.
✨Capable body.
That’s the goal now.
Not smaller, simply better!
