We are pleased that Carolyn Kemps will be presenting Pain Source Identification and Alleviation in Equines at the 37th Annual Conference, Trade Show, & AGM. Carolyn received her BSA '93 U of S Animal Science. She has had a passion for animal health and welfare from her youth in Pony Club until today where she is able to not only continue to develop her own skills in caring for her horses, dogs, and cattle on the family ranch raising rodeo stock but since joining Equi-Health Canada several years ago she has been honoured to be able to help horses and horse owners in her community as well. We know emergencies can and do happen, so if we can educate on how to prevent them, what to do if faced with one, and how to be a more engaged and better client when interacting with health professionals - everyone wins. Now as a senior instructor and training affiliate, she is also able to mentor instructors who have been trained with the skills to teach clinics to students of all ages, experiences, and disciplines. When not teaching, Carolyn can be found working on horses with Cold Laser Therapy or competing in barrel racing events. For more information go to https://pheedloop.com/savtconference/site/home/
