Join us for a nurturing 4-part workshop series created specifically for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. Whether you’re just beginning to notice changes or are already deep into your journey, this series offers the tools, understanding, and community to help you feel more in control of your body, energy, and mindset.
Each 1-hour Sunday session is thoughtfully designed to blend science-backed education with simple, realistic strategies you can begin using right away. Together, we’ll explore ways to support your hormones, boost energy, improve mental clarity, and restore emotional balance.
Each session will close with a gentle yoga and breathing practice, helping you feel grounded, calm, and reconnected before heading into your week.
This is more than a workshop it’s a space to feel seen, supported, and understood, surrounded by women on a similar path.
