Before and after on Emily. The before already had existing filler, this session we added an additional 0.5mL, focusing mainly on the upper lip to correct proportions with the rest of her face.

We build lips slowly and intentionally to respect lip anatomy, maintain softness, and minimize the risk of migration.

Before vs 8 months after...

Top photo is before. My beautiful client came in bothered by under-eye darkness and early hollowness, not bags, not swelling, just volume loss creating shadowing.

Bottom photo is 8 months fully healed after conservative under-eye filler.

What changed:

✓ Improved darkness from reduced shadowing

✓ No complications
✓ Still looks like her

This is exactly why blanket fear-mongering around tear trough filler is misleading. Is it for everyone? Absolutely not. Is it risky in the wrong hands or wrong patient? Yes. But in the right candidate, with the right product, depth, and restraint, the result is soft, natural, and long-lasting.

I love when colleagues in the industry trust me with their faces 🤍

This beautiful gem wanted a subtle refresh to enhance her upper lip and balance her proportions.

We didn’t touch the lower lip other than hydrate it, her natural shape already complements her features beautifully.

A small amount of RHA 2 was used to gently build structure in the upper lip while keeping everything soft, natural and true to her expression.

Not all lip fillers are created equal, and trust me - it does matter what we use. I always choose soft fillers because keeping the integrity of your lips and enhancing your natural shape is my top priority. You should still look like you, just a little more refreshed.
