After you make your own tortillas at home, you won’t want to buy store-bought again! 🌯 Fresh, quick, and nourishing!

Here’s an easy recipe to get you started:

Ingredients :
• 2 cups all-purpose flour (or gluten-free blend)
• ½ tsp salt
• 3 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil)
• ¾ cup warm water (add slowly, you may need a bit more or less)
• ½ tsp baking powder (optional, for softer wraps)

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.
2. Add olive oil and warm water gradually, mixing until a soft dough forms.
3. Knead on a floured surface for 5–6 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Divide into 6–8 balls, cover, and let rest 20 minutes.
5. Roll each ball into a thin circle.
6. Heat a skillet over medium-high (no oil needed). Cook each wrap for approx 1 minute per side until bubbles form and light golden spots appear.
