My client-centred and strength-based approach allow clients to take the lead on their therapeutic journey and empower themselves with tools they already possess. This entails an eclectic approach to talk therapy tailored to each individual. Attachment theory, CBT, REBT, and Narrative therapy are some of the therapeutic modalities I apply. I can be that someone who empathetically listens to you in a non-judgmental caring manner. I will be your listening ear that you trust will be confidential and competent to help you. Together we can discover ways to successfully navigate the areas of your life with which you are struggling and achieve what you set out to accomplish. I believe in you!
