HealthWorks Rehab is Happy to Introduce Leanna Taggio - Our New Physiotherapy Resident.

Leanna graduated from the University of Toronto’s Physiotherapy program in 2016 after completing her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at York University. Leanna is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Physiotherapy Associations and has completed her Level 1 Manual Therapy Certification. Leanna has a strong passion for health and fitness. She grew up participating in a variety of sports and competed at the international level in track and field and at the provincial level in gymnastics. She also has her Black Belt in Taekwondo. With Leanna’s love for exercise and orthopaedics, she understands the impact injuries can have on athletes and the importance of early rehabilitation and return to sport. Leanna enjoys working to assist clients of all ages in achieving their goals and maximizing their physical function. Leanna is excited to be part of the HealthWorks Rehab team and is looking forward to seeing you in the clinic and assisting in your recovery.
