Today, we pause to remember.

On this Remembrance Day, we honor the brave men and women who served our country with courage and sacrifice.

At Salus, we’re deeply grateful to all veterans — and we recognize the sounds of remembrance: the bugle’s call, the quiet reflection, and the voices of gratitude that echo through generations.

Lest we forget. ❤️

✨ New Tinnitus Relief: Inside Scoop on Lenire ✨

Our very own Doctor of Audiology, Sabrina DeToma, recently attended the Tinnitus Summit in Chicago, where she had the chance to meet Emma, Vice President of Clinical Research at Neuromod Devices — the company behind Lenire, a new dual-sensory device for tinnitus that’s just been approved by Health Canada.

🎧😛 What is Lenire?
Lenire uses a combination of sound therapy and gentle electrical stimulation to the tongue — a process called bimodal neuromodulation. This approach aims to retrain how the brain responds to tinnitus, and early clinical results are showing real promise.

Sabrina sat down with Emma to learn more about how Lenire works, its potential benefits, and what its rollout in Canada could mean for people living with tinnitus.

Every tick of the clock, every laugh, every whispered “good morning” — they’re all moments worth hearing loud and clear. Don’t let hearing loss keep you a step behind time.
