24 FIT CLUB was established in 2008. All our Wellness Coaches are trained by the best doctors in the industry and have an outstanding ability in providing the knowledge and motivation required to our club members. We offer various programs and events (Fit Clubs, Sport Events, Success Training Seminars, Weight Loss Challenges and more) that will help our members stay motivated to and active in achieving their goals. Each new member receives an assessment with one of our wellness coaches, where body composition is taken. We also provide our members with personalized meal planning (focused on cellular nutrition, heart health, digestive system, healthy aging, immune system, energy and fitness, muscle gain and fat loss). Our great follow up system with one on one coaching or participation in a support group Weight Loss Challenge is helping our members regain their health. Most importantly, many of our coaches have gone through the Weight Loss Challenge program successfully, proving first-hand how successful the challenge is. Weight Loss Challenge – WHAT IS IT?! The Challenge focus is on educating participants in good nutrition habits while making it a part of a fun Community Event! Participants pay $40-$60 fee towards the prize; the more participants there are the bigger the prize. Throughout the 6 - 12 week challenge (depending on location) Wellness Coaches work with participants to set weight loss goals and teach a Nutrition class each week. The weekly weigh in and accountability makes the challenge a success! Nutrition Classes are short and informative. Their target is to help change eating habits and to teach the basics about losing weight and keeping it off. Classes include information about reading labels, going food shopping, boosting metabolism, burning fat and staying healthy.

Meet Your Goals: 4 Tips to Be Healthier, Happier and More Productive

*(Posted by Samantha Clayton, AFAA, ISSA – Vice President, Worldwide Sports Performance and Fitness)

Set your goals to win in life.
Here are some helpful tips to help you set positive goals that’ll help you become healthier and more productive. Simply focusing on a few basic things can help you think more clearly and meet your personal goals.

This way of thinking has worked wonders for me. My mantra for challenges in life is ‘when in doubt, think like an athlete.’ So, whether you need to exercise more or just generally up your game in life, you may benefit from my helpful tips. They can not only improve your health and fitness, but you can also apply them to any goals that you can imagine.

Ask yourself WHY? Then write it down
Be honest with yourself about why you want to improve. In my experience, once you put it down on paper, it becomes real.

☝️Do you need to get fit? Why?
Do you need an energy boost? Why?
Do you have extra pounds to lose? Why?
Or, do you want to compete at a higher level?
Why?

The reason you give will help you understand HOW you can best meet your goals. For example, if you put down that you need to get fit because you want to have more energy to play with your kids, then it makes sense to build up your activity levels by involving your children. You could race with them or work out on the sidelines while they’re absorbed in an activity they love. That way you’re meeting your goal of becoming fit and doing something that will make you happier.

☝️Set a GOAL and make a plan
Many people find that once they have a specific goal to strive toward, it motivates them to get started. Begin with something achievable and make sure your goal is tangible. Deciding to ‘get fit’ is pretty abstract, so try to quantify what you want to do. Maybe you want to walk outside for at least 10 minutes every day or you want to be fit enough to take part in a five-mile jog in three months’ time. Think about what you can do and what you will do to become more active.

☝️SHARE your goal
Tell people about your goal, and they can help you stay on track. If you share your plans with a loved one, friend or co-worker, they can help you by holding you accountable. Making a verbal commitment can also help boost your motivation. Once you have verbally made a commitment to improve yourself, the added pressure of someone asking you about it may push you to succeed. This will help motivate you on the days you are tired or trying to find an excuse to quit.

☝️PLAN for success instead of failure
Don’t self-sabotage. If you hate running, then putting running into your plan will sabotage your efforts before you even start. Yes, running is good for you, but if it brings back terrible memories of childhood gym class or cross-country races, then chances are you’ll suddenly find an old closet to clean out instead!

Make a smart plan by picking an activity you enjoy. With so many physical activities to choose from, I’m sure you’ll find something that you can look forward to each week.

✌️Find your WHY, write your GOAL down, SHARE your goal, make a PLAN, and head toward success in all that you do.✌️

Listen to your body: what your food craving mean?

Food cravings: we have all experienced them. Once they hit us, it’s nearly impossible to resist reaching for a bar of chocolate or a bag of chips. But where do food cravings come from, and why are you sometimes hungry for sweets and other times for something salty? Find out below the causes of food cravings and why you should listen to your body.

Pay attention to your body’s signals
Food cravings often mean your body is lacking certain nutrients, but they can also be related to your hormone balance or emotional state. It often helps to pay attention to your body’s signals. Perhaps you are craving one of the following right now:

Sweets
Are you hungry for gummi bears, cookies, ice cream or cake? This can be a sign of blood sugar irregularities, hormonal imbalances, stress or sleep deprivation. It’s better to work on the root problem than simply give into your food cravings.

Chocolate
Women, in particular, often crave chocolate. This can be related to their menstrual cycle: women lose magnesium, a mineral found in cacao, during their period. Thus, chocolate cravings are the body’s way of trying to restore its magnesium levels to normal. In addition, the sweet food increases your body’s oxytocin levels. This hormone is released when you cuddle, hug or have s*x. And let’s be honest: during this time of the month, we can use all the good feelings we can get. A square or two of dark chocolate with a high cacao content is just what you need to brighten your mood.

Simple carbohydrates
A craving for pasta or white bread can indicate a lack of the amino acid tryptophan, which is vital in the production of the “feel-good” hormone serotonin. If you are not getting enough carbs in your diet, this can put you in a bad mood. Cravings for high-carb foods are our body’s way of trying to cheer itself up.

Salty foods
Many people like to snack on chips and salty nuts while watching TV. A yearning for salty snacks is often caused by a lack of electrolytes (especially sodium). Dehydration can also be a reason for salt cravings.
Sodium in large amounts is unhealthy and is often associated with high blood pressure. However, our body needs a certain amount (max. 5 g per day). Make sure to drink plenty of fluids and if you are exercising or it’s hot outside, try drinking electrolyte drinks. A healthier snack option is homemade popcorn or unsalted nuts.

Meat
Are you a vegetarian or vegan? If you do not get enough iron, zinc and vitamin B12 because of an unbalanced diet, you might start to crave meat. This does not mean that a plant-based diet is necessarily unbalanced. But what it does mean is that vegans need to spend more time planning what they eat to ensure that they get all the nutrients their bodies need. Iron can be found, for example, in legumes, nuts, seeds and dried fruit. These should be eaten in combination with vitamin C (oranges and bell peppers) to improve your body’s ability to absorb iron. Plant-based iron generally has lower bioavailability than animal-based iron. This means that your body can better absorb the iron from animal sources. If you eat a vegan diet, you have to make sure that you maintain your vitamin B12 levels. You might want to consider fortified foods or supplements. The vitamin is contained in animal source foods (meat, eggs, dairy products).

Bottom line: The human body is smart! If you listen to its signals, you will know what you need. Sometimes, it makes sense to give into your food cravings, but other times you should take a closer look at what is causing your hunger attacks.

P.S. Start your day in the right way to avoid cravings later at night.
It's easy as 1-2-3🙌
1. Start with glass of water 💦 and Aloe concentrate to eliminate free radicals and sooth your digestive track.

2. Continue with the Herbal Tea concentrate in hot/warm water. It is a great antioxidant and it helps to burn extra calories.

3. Formula 1 meal replacement - fast meal for smart people☝️
