Meet Lyliya 💜 Special Education Teacher

Lyliya is a graduate of Tel Aviv University and the University of Haifa, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art History along with a Visual Arts Teaching Certification. She later completed a certification in Hebrew as a Second Language Instruction and holds a Special Education Certificate from York University.

With a broad range of experience working with children and youth, Lyliya has served as both a classroom teacher and a Special Education Resource Teacher. She has supported students with ADHD, ASD and LD, as well as other various learning difficulties, drawing on a strong foundation in child development to guide her practice.

Passionate about the power of art as a tool for growth, Lyliya integrates creative approaches to foster communication, confidence, and self-expression in her students. She is deeply committed to inclusive education, tailoring strategies to support the development of communication skills—both verbal and emotional—while reinforcing self-expression through engaging art activities.

Meet SLP Uliana! 🩵

Uliana holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Statistics from York University, and a Master of Health Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Toronto.

Uliana is passionate about working with the pediatric population and has experience across school settings, pediatric hospitals, treatment centres, and private clinics. She provides family-centred, evidence-based therapy, working closely with caregivers to ensure goals are meaningful and responsive to each child’s unique needs. Her approach is warm and collaborative, ensuring families feel heard and supported.

Uliana is registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) and is a member of Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC).
