Dancing quiets that noise and brings you back to what feels alive🐠

TRY IT🌷:
1. freestyle dance to a banger
2. then pause and put a hand on your heart & ask one gentle question
3. notice what your body wants next (not what feels “right”, but what feels true”)

Biggest importance here is to maintain low back connection with the ground.
Strong core, soft shoulders, supported spine

Completed back to back for 10 reps each💯
• V-ups
• Single-leg V-ups
• Bicycle variation
• Hollow rockers
• Low boat twist
• Wide leg chops

Committed to my self-energized mornings!!!🧚‍♀️

1. Asana / Poses & Stretch🦋
As soon as I roll out of bed. I listen to my body and move with whatever feels tight or tender.
It changes every day, because I do too.

2. Body waves, Side bends & Hip circles🫧🌊
To release stiffness, wake up my spine, and let energy move freely instead of staying stuck.

3. Bouncing☀️
To shake off heaviness, invite the light, and remind my nervous system to connect with my liveliness.

4. Mudra connection🧘‍♀️
I ground my intention, breath, and presence into my body for the day. This month I’m focused on growing abundance in all areas of my life.

Day 17 (not 17 perfect days.)
Some days I met the full practice, other days I met myself where I was.
Both count for me.🌿
