Hi!! 👋 Almost a year into this & I decided it was time to introduce myself. I’m Sam - the face of Sam’s Sanctuary.

Before starting this adventure I was working in an accounting office. To say this was waaay out of my comfort zone is an understatement! I remember shaking so bad in our practice time during my training. But all the discomfort of starting something so new has been worth it all!

I love doing the Buccal massage - it is just as relaxing for me as it is for you! I’m looking forward to opening my books & seeing you all in my space again. ❤️✨

Soaking in the tub is a great way to start, end, or enjoy in the middle of the day. Having a bath infused with herbs is not only relaxing but has many other benefits. Bath teas are great for soothing your skin, alleviating sore muscles, relaxing & relieving congestion. The aroma is 10/10; A spa experience in your own home! Personally I love an infused bath when my family is fighting colds, or I’m looking to wind down at the end of the day.
