I want to share an important update with my clients. As much as I've tried to avoid it, my costs have continued to rise, and I will be adjusting my prices as of January 1, 2026.
This wasn’t an easy decision. I know everyone is feeling the pinch these days, and I truly wish I could keep things exactly as they are. But to continue offering the quality, care, and service you expect from me, a small increase has become necessary.
I'm grateful for your understanding and continued support. Thank you for sticking with me— it means more than you know. ❤️

Welcome to the winter weather ❄️ As I've had my first cancelation due to road conditions, I thought it would be a good time for my yearly reminder. If the road conditions are not good and you are not comfortable driving, please phone and reschedule! There will be no cancelation fee. I would much rather you stay home safe and reschedule for another day 😊

🍂Welcome to Autumn 🍂 I will be out of the office from September 26th until October 1 for some fall clean-up and to recognize National Truth and Reconciliation Day.

Tis the season for juggling and rescheduling appointments, lol!! I had a couple spots open up next week, Tuesday and Wednesday at 330 if anyone forgot to stretch before shoveling snow!!

Time for my yearly winter public service announcement ❄️🌨☃️
The wind is cold and can seriously impact your neck and shoulders. Please find a scarf and make it your best friend!!!
The snow is coming!!! Please stretch before shoveling so your massage therapist doesn't have to fix the pulled muscle in your back/leg/neck, or whatever else you wrecked, lol!!

Most importantly, your safety is always my top priority. If the roads are bad and you are uncomfortable driving, please reschedule. I would much rather have to rebook your appointment than have to work on you after an accident!!!
