Today our little libraries have been filled with toys and fidgets and the books and crafts from earlier this week are still available as well. Friday we will add candy canes to them. The libraries will be emptied and removed on Saturday/Sunday and will come back in spring. If you have any comments about our 5 days let us know if it is something we should continue as we are interested in feedback.

🥗❤️ Eating healthy can feel like it is hard, especially when time, energy, or money is limited. But here’s the good news: Healthy eating doesn’t have to mean always cooking everything from scratch! Instead of focusing on what to cut out, try asking yourself: “What can I add to make this meal more nutritious?”

🍜🥚🍃 For example, add a boiled egg and spinach to your ramen → increases protein + iron. This shift in mindset can make healthy eating feel easier.

The books in the little libraries will be removed this weekend. If you would like to donate books to the little library please put in. Next week our little libraries 5 days of Christmas will run and then the libraries will be removed until spring.
