VIBE is a Mental Health Capacity Building Program!

On behalf of the VIBE team past and present, we would like to extend our condolences to Susan and Howard Jackson and family, and Crystal's family in Micronesia Mwu Chichi, Harlow, Ramsie and baby girl Moxie Crystal. Crystal will be missed by all of us. She lit up a room when she walked in and was loved by people of all ages.
