I enjoyed my days off through the Christmas break, but I am happy to be back to a normal routine again!

December is always a busy busy month. We always feel like we have so much to do and get ready for the holidays. But don’t forget to take the time to listen to your body and slow down. Enjoy the quieter and darker evenings.
