Unity Elementals I help people break free from emotional blocks, restore their inner balance, and step into their fullest potential.

Through Reiki, Neuro Change Method, and Emotion Code therapy, I guide clients toward deep release, renewed energy, and lasting self-trust. Integrating the [meta]physical while connecting with and supporting people through their growth & healing journey. I am a Reiki Master, transformational coach, and an intuitive guide. I am passionate about the human mind, energy, and learning. I loves animals, rocks, the sky, and the mountains. Whenever possible, I enjoy to connecting with nature through hiking, walking, camping, and paddle boarding. Through love, compassion, and knowledge, we can create significant shifts in our lives that help reduce stress, improve our mood, regulate our emotions, sleep better, mitigate ill-being, and enhance body function. Attending to our growth & healing has a further reach than simply feeling better. Well-being encompasses mind, body, and spirit. I believe in education and empowerment of people so that they can connect back to the self and be their own sovereign guide and healer.
