Last Sunday was truly special — candlelight, soft movement, shared breath, and the gentle weaving of mantra and song. The room felt calm, connected, and deeply nourished. 🤍 If you felt the pull but couldn’t make it, there’s another chance this Wednesday evening.
Mantras & Melodies with Sherrie is a candlelit, gentle yoga experience designed to soothe the nervous system and warm the heart. Through slow, mindful movement, mantra, and Sherrie’s soothing voice and guitar, we’ll create space to rest, soften, and reconnect — right in the middle of the week.
