Our goal at Inner Light is to help you develop a meaningful yoga practice and to provide you with tools to deepen your awareness. In addition to Yoga we offer Meditation, Deep Relaxation (Yoga Nidra), Yoga as Therapy, Pilates and Belly Dancing.
