Supporting Recovery Through Innovation

This National Addictions Awareness Week, we're proud to highlight the growth of the TiOAT Clinics embedded within Spero, 433 Tranquille (Red Door), and Pharmasave. The clinics provide a safe, trauma-informed space supporting individuals and addressing opioid dependency.

In November 2024, the Society launched a six-month Contingency Management Pilot Project in the Spero Clinic to encourage ongoing engagement in opioid treatment. The pilot project showed incredible outcomes:
✅ 73% of opioid users at Spero House were enrolled
✅ 91% adherence to Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT)
✅ Over 1,000 TiOAT visits in the first three months

Together, these programs are reducing barriers, strengthening accountability, and promoting health and healing within our community. 💙
